In the interest of aligning with our values and mission as well as ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our attendees, there has been a venue change for Beyond Impact 2023. The event will now take place at the Hyatt Regency Conroe in the Greater Houston area (1001 Grand Central Parkway, Conroe, Texas). This relocation affirms our commitment to fostering a secure and welcoming environment for our community, allowing us to delve deeper into transformative discussions, immersive experiences, and collaborative workshops that center on political power and collective liberation. We look forward to welcoming participants to this empowering event and continuing our journey toward a pro-Black future.

Welcome to Beyond Impact 2023, where the power of transformation meets the heartbeat of political change. As one of the only 501(c)(4) strategy and learning spaces, Beyond Impact exists to serve and strengthen the advocacy infrastructure of movement leaders passionate about igniting a revolutionary shift in the political landscape of the United States. Our mission goes beyond envisioning change; we are committed to aligning organizational practices, visions, and resources to create sustainable platforms for BIPOC-led political organizing.

The Beyond Impact conference will occur from Wednesday, October 25 -Thursday, October 26, 2023. We are stepping beyond the ordinary for two memorable days of dynamic conversations, radical joy, and transformative strategy with the Tides Advocacy ecosystem.
Join us in person and we will come together to ignite the power of collective action, celebrate the strength of our community, and embrace the transformative potential within each of us. Together, we will unlock new horizons and work towards a future where meaningful change has no limits.

2023 Overview
This year's theme, "C4 Power: Building a Pro-Black Future," propels us into a transformative journey that centers those who are closest to a hopeful vision, to birth solutions that upend systemic inequalities and dismantle oppressive structures hindering our progress to a genuinely liberatory future.
We are embracing a new paradigm by working towards a pro-Black vision for political power. Throughout this event, we will participate in thought-provoking discussions, immersive experiences, and collaborative workshops that delve into movement building priorities and opportunities to deepen our political work.
Tides Advocacy invites you to join us in reimagining a world where political power is no longer wielded by the few, but instead is co-governed by communities. Together, we will harness the power of C4s – practices, models, and resources – to pave the way for a future that authentically reflects the principles of love to achieve collective liberation.
Beyond Impact 2023 is a call to action for individuals, organizations, and communities to stand together in solidarity and fight for a future where political transformation is not just an aspiration but a tangible reality.
